This keeps the wound bed clean and moisturized while absorbing excess fluid. Polymem WIC Silver has the added antimicrobial properties of silver within the dressing. Polymem WIC Silver Rope is also available. Both versions of the dressing come without the Polymem thin film backing since it is a wound filler. Latex Free.
