Polyderm Border Dressings is made of medical grade, lint-free polyurethane foam that is non-adherent and highly absorbent. Polyderm is ideal for moderate to heavily exudating wounds such as dermal, pressure, leg, and secreting ulcers, 2nd degree burns, lacerations, tube sites, and other types of wounds.
