HOW TO APPLY:
Simply slip support over ankle and position until the malleoli (ankle bones) are surrounded by the viscoelastic inserts. Support should fit snugly but not so tight it digs into skin.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand wash in warm water and mild soap. Wrap in towel to remove excess water. Do not twist or wring. Air dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
