How it works:

During laundering, the special HaloShield coating crabs the chlorine molecules and anchors them to its surface. HaloShield binds with the chlorine molecules in a "one to one" relationship. Now fully charged, the HaloShield coating holds enough chlorine to kill 99.9% of all odor-causing bacteria within 10 minutes. 100% brushed polyester quilted to highly absorbent poly/rayon soaker. Waterproof backing is PVC coated polyester. Entire pad bound with waterproof binding.
