Stratasorb Composite Dressing is a wound cover dressing that consists of 4 layers: Layer 1 is a non-adherent contact layer that protects the wound site and will not stick to granulating tissue; Layer 2 is a soft pad that absorbs drainage; Layer 3 is a non-woven backing with an adhesive border that securely holds the contact pad in place; and Layer 4 is a semi-occlusive, polyurethane film that helps deter external contaminants and maintain an optimal wound environment. Available in 4 sizes: 4" x 4" (# MSC3044), 6" x 6" (# MSC3066), 4" x 10" (# MSC30410), and 4" x 14" (# MSC30414).
