PROMOGRAN Collagen Dressings maintain a physiologically moist micorenvironment at the wound surface. This environment is conductive to granulation tissue formation, epithelization and rapid wound healing. The PROMOGRAN dressing transforms into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel.
