Derma Sciences Medihoney Alginate is a calcium alginate dressing that is impregnated with Leptospermum Honey (made from the Manuka flower) which is a medical grade honey. Medihoney alginate dressing is used in the same fashion as a typical calcium alginate or other gelling fiber dressing. Medihoney wound & burn dressing helps promote moist wound healing in challenging wounds and assists in autolytic debridement.
