The Bauerfeind GenuTrain P3 Knee Support helps centers the knee during joint movement. GenuTrain P3 helps relieve pain caused by misalignment of the kneecap (patellar subluxation or lateralization), femoropatellar pain syndrome (anterior knee pain) or pain associated with patellar dislocation. The active support, with its two integral compression pads and a corrective guide, stabilizes the position of the kneecap and activates the musculature, thereby accelerating the healing process. The GenuTrain P3 Knee Brace is made with an active knit that provides medical grade compression to reduce swelling and promote joint stabilization. The muscle relaxing insert reduces the lateral pull on the patella. The patella cover counteracts tilting of the patella. The knit and insert work together to stimulate proprioception. GenuTrain P3 is ideal for active lifestyle and athletic use.
