The Labia Swell Spot by L&R (formerly Solaris) has a tapered design that enhances comfort while applying lower abdominal coverage. This helps to direct fluid away from the genital area. It can be worn inside or over underwear. Sold separately, each pad is 33cm wide x 53cm height (approximately 13" x 21"). Machine wash and dry.
