International Shipping & Return Policies

Our International Return Policy follows all shipping information

Please review entire policy carefully before placing your order.

In addition to the non-returnable items listed on our Return Policy page,
WOUND CARE and NUTRITIONAL items may not be returned
or exchanged for any reason.

Ship To Rules

We only ship to:
   1) The verified shipping address associated with the credit card you are using; or,
   2) A verified PayPal shipping address.

You must provide a current telephone number for all International Shipments.

Import Rules

We ship to more than 100 countries; all of which have ever-changing import rules. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to contact your customs office to make certain that the item you are ordering is allowable for importation to your country. Any item returned as ineligible for importation will be refunded less 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If you have a question about the "country of origin (manufacturing)," please email us at customerservice@hightidehealth.com and we can provide it for every item we sell.

Cost and Shipping Methods:

You have the choice of selecting which service you would like us to use. We ship via US Postal Service First Class International, US Postal Service Express Mail, and UPS International. When you place the item in your cart and select your country, the options and shipping costs available to that country will appear:

1) USPS Express Mail is the only postal service that has tracking and guaranteed, insured delivery.  It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days.

2) USPS First Class International is much less expensive, HOWEVER, if you select this option, when shipping to many countries there is no tracking number and we cannot guarantee how long it will take for delivery.

Currently, there is tracking to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland. Tracking to other countries is being updated by the US Postal Service as they get their agreements in place. We do not guarantee tracking is available as the US Postal Service can discontinue tracking at any time dependent upon the performance rate in any given country.

We do not know, from country to country, how long it takes, but the average is about 10 to 15 business days. We cannot track the package if you email or call us as we have no tracking number. You will receive a CUSTOMS number and when entered at www.USPS.com "Track a Package," you will be able to see that we did, in fact, mail the package and when the package left the USPS Nashville, TN sorting facility. After that, unless shipped to one of the countries mentioned above, there is no tracking and we cannot file a claim or send another package until 30 days from the date of shipment. That time length is set by the US Postal Service insurance claim guidelines.

3) United Parcel Service (UPS) does offer tracking from our warehouse to your door. For all customers selecting UPS, their shipments will be subject to a minimum of $10 brokerage fee, as well as applicable duties and taxes, on all shipments valued under $200 USD. Additional fees will apply on all shipments valued over $200 USD. You are responsible for any brokerage, duty fees and taxes duty fees. They will be collected from you by UPS prior to delivery. If you refuse the package because of fees and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the original cost of shipping plus any brokerage fee prior to any refund being issued.

Additional taxes, duties, brokerage fees

We do not know when and if a foreign government or shipping service will levy taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These fees are NOT included in our posted shipping charges. Customers are solely responsible for any and all additional fees. HighTideHealth will not be held responsible or liable for these charges and cannot predict what the charges may be. Contact your local post office or customs office if you have questions about fees. If you reject the package because you don't want to pay fees, the shipping fee you originally paid to us is non-refundable. Any brokerage fees will be deducted before a refund is issued.

Every order we ship is double checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination, we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature, we cannot be held accountable.

Returns

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an exchange is requested, all costs for shipping back to you will be charged to the original method of payment. If you attempt to return a product that is specifically marked "Non-Returnable" on the website, that product will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES FOR UNDELIVERABLE, REFUSED, UNCLAIMED, CUSTOM CLEARANCE DENIED PACKAGES
If a packaged is undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, has been rejected by the your country's customs office, or any like event, both the original cost of shipping and any additional fees charged by the carrier to return it to us will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. However, due to the high cost of shipping, we cannot warranty items that need to be repaired or have defects; this is your risk when purchasing internationally.
