The figure-8 strap provides ankle stabilization at the supination & pronation level, during rotation, and other activities. It does not restrict range of motion. The three-dimensional knit sits comfortably and provides medical grade therapeutic compression that stimulates circulation. MalleoTrain S is great for sports and fits comfortably into shoes.
