Reusable hot/cold compress for treatment of injuries such as sprains, strains, muscle aches, bruises, minor burns, cuts, and headaches. Ideal size for neck and head.

Heat Therapy
The application of heat can help promote healing by increasing circulation while providing soothing warmth. Heat is typically used for chronic, reoccurring pain or 72 hours AFTER injury. Remove gel pack from wrap and lay flat in microwave. Heat at lowest setting for 30 seconds. Mix contents to avoid hot spots. Repeat if necessary. CAUTION: Bag will rupture if over heated.

Cold Therapy
The application of cold and compression can help reduce the severity of an injury and relieve the accompanying pain by reducing swelling and soothing nerve endings. Cold can typically be used immediately after injury for up to 72 hours. Remove gel pack from wrap and store in the freezer.

This reusable hot/cold compression will remain soft and comfortable even after extensive use. The wrap cover has a soft terry liner for comfort against the skin. The wrap helps protect the skin against possible burns or frostbite from the gel pack.

Universal wrap can be used for the treatment of several injured areas. Universal wrap design fits a wide range of sizes and various body parts.

CAUTION: Do not use cold pack more than 20 minutes. Persons with circulatory problems should consult a physician prior to using gel packs.
