Customer Service: Our customers report that the tabs on the loader are delicate and can break with too much force. Pos-T-Vac suggests that a "good amount" of lubricant be used to prevent them from snapping. Like the tension rings, sometimes the Easy Loader last for a several uses and sometimes they last a very long time. To be honest, you should consider this a very necessary item but one that might need to be replaced once or twice a year.
