Elta SilverGel, now called Resta Silver Gel, is an antimicrobial silver wound gel dressing that releases silver to wound as it is needed. Elta Silver Gel has been tested to kill bacteria for at least three(3) days. Elta silver wound gel can be safely used with all standard forms of wound cleansers, including saline-based products.
