Curity Dressing Sponges (Formerly known as Excilon) are made of absorbent, fast wicking fabric that promotes a drier wound site. The gauze sponges are non-woven. The 6-ply dressing makes for better absorbency which helps reduce infections and decreases dressing changes. The 4x4 gauze sponges have a unique diamond pattern which limits adhesion to tisse to prevent wound trauma. One box of 50 sponges (25 packs of 2). Covidien # 7084.
